Application:
The reusable hand warmer gives soothing effect to rheumatic conditions of joints as well as pain caused by abdomen,stomac, waist, leg, shoulder, neck and nerves. It also stabilizes the body temperature in winter.
Usage:
1. To activate: Flex metal disc back and forth till liquid change into crystals. Knead pack to soften. ( If the temperature is too high, wrap a thin towel around the heat pack before using.)
2. To recharge: Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water. Continue boiling for approximately 5 minutes or until te crystals are completely liquid. When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again.
